In recent years, the group has closed over 250 lease-transactions totaling more than 1,000,000 square feet annually. The size of the leases has ranged from 1,000 to more than 200,000 square feet.
Within our core markets, we aggressively promote not only Granite's portfolio of properties, but also Granite Properties' distinctive corporate brand. To our tenants and the larger commercial real-estate community, the Granite brand has come to mean uncommon financial strength and creativity, exceptional service, and the integrity of promises being kept.
