Granite Properties was founded in 1991 with a clear vision to create a diversified real estate company that distinguished itself from others through strong relationships and exemplary service. The company expanded geographically in 1995 with its first building purchase in Houston. Since the beginning, Granite has had a controlled growth plan and currently owns properties in Texas, Colorado, Georgia and Florida.
