A $16 million conversion is underway of two more than 50-year-old warehouses on the southern edge of Atlanta’s “Upper Westside.”
Known as Inland Tract, the adaptive reuse project is being led by Granite Properties and Third & Urban.
Inland Tract consists of properties at 1218 and 1236 Menlo Drive. They date back to 1964 and have been owned by Inland Fresh Seafood. They are
part of a collection of warehouses that are a reminder of the area’s gritty industrial past- and now a target for more investors.
Some Atlanta alternative office projects are now quoting rents in the mid-$30s per square foot.
