Elevate Credit Inc. will expand at Spectrum Center in Addison, doubling both the size of its footprint and the capacity for employees who can work in the office.
The fast-growing company is growing from 26,000 to 52,000 square feet in the 614,000-square-foot office complex….Built in 1983, Spectrum Center was renovated in 2011. The complex is owned by Plano-based Granite Properties and represented in-house by leasing agents Burson Holman and Aarica Mims.
