The desire for flexible, mixed-use space with lots of amenities is among the top trends in commercial real estate, according to an expert who leads one of the industry’s national organizations.
Greg Fuller, president and chief operating officer of Texas-based Granite Properties Inc., was in Dayton this week to speak with the local chapter of NAIOP — a commercial real estate development association. Fuller serves as national NAIOP chairman, and has been visiting local chapters to answer questions and share his experience in commercial real estate development, acquisitions and management.
