Coworking firm moves its HQ to West End

Common Desk, a Dallas-based coworking and workday amenities provider, has moved its headquarters to one of Granite Properties’ locations in Dallas’ West End. Granite Properties, a privately held commercial real estate investment, development and management company, announced the move to the now Class A office building.

Co-working provider Common Desk relocated its headquarters to Granite Properties’ Factory Six03 in Dallas’ West End neighborhood. The local company leased 18,085 square feet at the historic warehouse-turned-Class A office building at 630 Munger Ave.

Coworking and workplace amenities provider Common Desk has moved its headquarters to Granite Properties’ Factory Six03 in Dallas’ West End.
In October of last year, Common Desk announced it was opening its sixth North Texas location in the Innovation District, which coincided with the company’s sixth anniversary. The 18,085-square-foot space was built as a hospitality-coworking space, intended to provide tenants and members with an integrated experience and various programming initiatives.
