Dallas – January 3, 2019 – Granite Properties, a commercial real estate investment, development and management company, congratulates Greg Fuller, President and COO at Granite Properties, for being named the 2019 Chairman of NAIOP, the leading commercial real estate development association offering industry networking, education and legislative representation.
As Chairman, Greg will represent NAIOP and its 19,000 plus members and take his leadership skills and industry knowledge to chapters all over North America.
“NAIOP has helped me navigate my career in commercial real estate since 2000, and I’m honored to lead the organization as Chairman this year,” said Greg Fuller, President and COO of Granite Properties. “As NAIOP Chairman, I plan to focus on NAIOP’s three tenants of education, advocacy and networking and help make them meaningful and valuable to each member. I will also help further the initiatives that NAIOP has in place as part of its strategic plan, furthering its diversity initiatives and help its Developing Leaders and others grow through their NAIOP experience,” he added.
Greg has been a member of NAIOP since 2000. He has helped lead NAIOP Corporate in many capacities and served as the 2009 President of NAIOP North Texas. He has led numerous committees and initiatives including government affairs, business development, knowledge and research, and education. He has served on NAIOP’s Corporate Board of Directors since 2011, and he has been a member of NAIOP’s National Forums since 2002.
Greg joined Granite Properties in 2000. He focuses on strategy and growth for the company and oversees Granite’s operations, including development, property management, human resources, IT, marketing and corporate administration.
