Partnership Brings First Industrious Coworking Space to Glendale

Glendale, CA – November 26, 2018- Granite Properties, a commercial real estate investment, development and management company, announced today a partnership with Industrious, the largest premium coworking solution and flexible workplace provider in the U.S., to bring its hospitality-driven flexible office space to “500@TheBrand” in Glendale.  The 24,000 square foot coworking space will be on the 20th and 21st floor of 500 North Brand Boulevard. This will be Industrious’ first location in Glendale and its eighth location in California. The space is slated to open in June 2019.
